Pretty much this: How to save a process's state and resume it later (http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/System/Windows__Programming/MFC/Q_20887562.html)

Essentially, a "hibernate" for running processes. Like "suspend" for Linux/Unix, except putting it into your disk and for Windows?
Don't tell me to turn on that VM crap, please.

Edit: This (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897540.aspx), except to disk.

Copy the entire contents of the applications memory within it's address space and the call stack to disk, and replace it the next time the program is ran. AFAIK there is no program that does this the way you want it.
