I have a media server running on my main PC, that I usually use to watch movies and listen to music on my XBox 360. However, there's a movie I'd like to watch and my XBox is currently at a friends house. I have a laptop that can plug into my TV. Is there any software to use to browse and view files on a media server from a laptop?

Google searches have failed me, as most results I've found are about streaming to various media devices.

What are you sharing with on your PC? You can usually just browse through the network, or you can try Xbox Media Center for PC
XBMC for PC available - Xbox-Hq.Com (http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/article845.html)

I'm using TVersity although I also have Windows Media Connect. I only use TVersity because it allows me to listen to streaming audio on the 360

Yes, and I use it to watch movies on the 2nd monitor. The movies are on my PC.

Can't your browse your PC through the Windows network?
I'll be getting on Halo soon, I'm moving back to school August 21st so I'll be on everyday after that. I've been too bust with summer life, you know? You better play with me every day again.
