After i got my router, i was unable to host, so i tried turning off firewalls, but still didnt work.
Then i tried port forwarding the 6118 port thing. it allowed my frriends to join if i told them the game name but my games didnt go public.
Can any one help?
Router: Linksys WRT54G2

The correct port to forward is 6112 UDP

It could lead all the way up to your ISP. (Which is my case.)

Obviously, you need to put your IP address in that box. You can find out your IP address by going to this website (http://whatsmyip.org/).

Yeah they could be stealing your ports which causes this problem as I cannot get them to unstealth them. Some security thing. **** you Bell. Stealth my ports, throddle my bittorrent, whats next?

Or if you are by the router and you don't feel like going through the process of changing setting just do it like a redneck and reconnect your internet box to your computer instead of to your router.
