Rules - Read 'em

We finally got a sub forum guys! Special thanks go to Perma (for making it) and LCS (for reinforcing the idea)! Here is the new rules of the board:

1. All tutorial threads must start with [How-To]
2. All requests for tutorials need to start with [Request]
3. Post only things that have to do with Maps or Mods
4. How-to threads should have images (not required)

Those are not in stone yet and I will remove/add as I get more ideas.

I don't think putting [How-To]WinMPQ is a good thread name, you should be more specific, and I don't think the [How-To] tags are necessary. That implies that your thread will teach someone everything about WinMPQ, name it something according on what the contents of the tutorial teaches. I'd sugest naming this thread (http://www.bwhacks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24125) something like "Making a .mpq file with WinMPQ".
