Install modded drivers and do it through the nVidia control panel.

That or get the registry mod for OCing through the nVidia control panel.

but what should I do, there is plenty of things I can up but I have no extra fans for cooling and dont know how high it should go.

should I do anything relating to AGP speed in dos?

No... Just OC and make sure you don't get artifacting/have your GPU temperature go too high.

Same video card I have, nice.
I don't overclock anymore, but when I did I used a program called Coolbits.

Try not to focus on the clock speed itself. It's all relative.
Take for instance, a Pentium 4 clocked to 3.8GHz pails in comparison to the per core performance of a Core 2 Duo at 2.67GHz.

RivaTuner if you're on XP and are using 9x.xx drivers or older.
