If you've been on the up and up on comic news, you'd know that now, currently theres a big event happening in the house known as Marvel Comics. This event is known as Civil War.

The main thrust of the Civil War storyline centers around the introduction into the Marvel Universe of a Super-human Registration Act. Similar acts have been used as plot points in both Watchmen and The Incredibles, where they have again been used to place dramatic tension within the work. Millar has noted he hoped to adopt a different approach, stating he "opted instead for making the superhero dilemma something a little different. People thought they were dangerous, but they didn't want a ban (also done to death). What they wanted was superheroes paid by the federal government like cops and open to the same kind of scrutiny.

Those who sign can earn a salary and benefits such as are awarded to other American civil servants. This allows a split of characters within the superhuman community in the Marvel Universe into two super-powered factions: one advocating registration as a responsible obligation, and the other opposing the law on the grounds that it violates civil rights and that it would turn all superhumans into government agents. Within the story this registration and the adoption of sides by characters builds events into the titular civil war. Although it has been suggested that the series can be read as allegorical commentary in the wake of 9/11 and The Patriot Act, writer Mark Millar has noted "The political allegory is only for those that are politically aware. Kids are going to read it and just see a big superhero fight.

This is something i'm also doing in my user group, Outer Heaven. But there we have alittle more extra features which currently aren't avaliable in the standard forums, so this is a sneak peak. If you want a more exclusive experience then you might want to join Outer Heaven.

This is the discussion thread about this comic event, again standard rules apply. But if your going to do spoilers do it like this:

Color text white and put a spoiler notice above it.

Personally, im Anti-Registration. Captain American has shown me that America is not the inside the buildings, money, or politicians but in the ideals we share with the consitution. People should never fear their goverment, but Governments should fear their people.

But tell me what you think about this? Whose side are you on? Join Outer Heaven today!

I stopped liking Iron Man when I found out he depends on his suit to live, and I called him a pansy and started liking cap america.

Naw he doesn't need his suit to live anymore, since he got a heart transplant. He's a real @sshole, seriously his solution for everything is money. I hope Cap strikes a mighty pole of justice up his rusted iron ass.

Here's some uber hyper exclusive images to show you what your missing. Click thumbnail to expand, but remember this is a sneak peak, nothing more...

tru. im waitin to see what kind of whuppin deadpool gets as was promised to me in the last page of the last issue which my attourneys and i agree is a valid legal contract

lol. I dunno deadpool got his ass kicked by squirrelgirl and the Great Lakes Avengers, so i can expect him to loose a couple of balls over this. However i wouldn't be surprised if he found someway to switch sides and then backstab them. Yeps he's going to do a classic serbian jew double bluff...

The thing i dont understand is wtf happen to cable.. I mean, wtf, he used to be so hardcore. Now, he's like some crazy guy who hangs out in a corner and eats his own feces. He's so ignored they created an island just to give an excuse for not using him...

But i wouldn't doubt that Dr.Doom has something to do with this Civil War. He's always finding away to cripple his rival nations, but i dont think he can maintain this for long since his only weakness is squirrels...
