with the price of gasoline going far up and the oil companies showing 50+% profit increase , this brings up the question, are they gouging the price of gas? What do you think?

Funny, prices went down almost 43cents in 2 days here.

Along with the prices in Houstan TX area, and in Northern Minesota, as well as them dropping in Alberta, Canada.

I think that what they are doing is that when it first went up they had to raise the proce, and now that the price should be lower they are still charging more because basically they can, and they can get away with it. So they will slowly decrease the price till its back at 190 or something like that.

that's called inflation, buddy, and that's exactly what they're doing.

I think gas will fluxuate no matter what, but that won't help the envirment/conservation a single bit. Even when prices are 3 bux a gallon, people still drive. We have to. Cars won't be left idle cuz of gas prices.

Gas prices here in Cali are still extremely high. Just last night I saw mobil was selling gas for 3 dollars+ a gallon.
