In the future maybe.
Well I'm starting to jump start my computer repair business and I created a webpage. What I would like is someone who wants to make daily or even weekly blogs concerning Current Technology (hardware / software). In return would be free advertising space on the home page. anyone interested?
Trusted Lifeline Computer support
Its just a homepage right now, still working on it.

exactly what this site, and other sites do. make it so things get bigger to fill higher resolutions, and smaller for smaller resolutions.

compared to alot of sites out there, this site looks nice. Alot of sites dont even use images or anything but tables with background colors, or bright flashing images and text, with colors that clash and battle over the page with fonts in different styles and sizes for no reason, even different colors.

Well, I don't know what kind of sites you visit, but compared to a lot of sites out there, this site looks MUCH WORSE.
The header is not in proportion.
Header doesn't flow with rest of the design.
The text is stretched out, with an ugly font.
The navigation is off, "Blog" doesn't go along with everything else.
Text is pixelated.
The blue box on under "News" is random, unnecessary.
Every single image seems to be pixelated.
The whole site is not aligned properly.
Colors clash like crazy.
Honestly, not trying to be offensive here. But try going on sites like nettuts.com, mashable.com, reddit.com/r/web_design/, etc., and take a good look at some good designs.
Believe me, I am not taking your suggestions offensively, i mean all of the points you made are true, its my first webpage so I am learning the ropes a little... I'm not trying to make a blogging site, I'm going for a multi-feature website, with the priority of drawing more clients for my Computer business. I figure if I can get some interesting articles written, people would tend to visit the site more.
I downloaded wordpress, how would I use that for blogging without turning the entire website into a big blog?

...it is pixelated...i couldnt see from my res, it just all looked small.

ok, so i Re-did the webpage template12edited now the new problem. I was using a program called "kompozer" the first time and just manually edited the images in paint (lol I know, ghetto) this time i used the attached PSD file and edit it in photoshop. All the splicer information was there however when spliced the webpage is as you see it now, with no working links or javascript mouseover on the top menu. The text is also Uneditable, as its part of the image. what do I need to do to make the HTML file like the origional template with editable html text and workable links?

You need to code the .psd into a .html.
There are a lot of tutorials, just google.
How to Convert a PSD to XHTML - NETTUTS
well I converted it into an HTML file, as you can see at my new homepage, however all the HTML and Javascript items (editable text and mouseover commands) are no longer present just a page of images.
"Its better to be quiet and appear stupid, then to open your mouth and remove all doubt."
Should be more like <title>TLC Computing</title><title>template12edited</title>
All of your Images now just read
So they are just posting the images, you need something more like this:<td>
<img src="images/menu_home_over.gif" width=78 height=29 alt=""></td>
<td <a href="http://www.trustedlifeline.com/home/"><img src="images/menu_home_over.gif" width=78 height=29 alt="Trusted Lifeline" /></a></td>
So you point the images to a link
I ban you Otaku for making me check :P

I've heard of Joomla before. I heard it is good.

That's because you need to CODE the design. You can't just slice the images, export it into HTML and expect it to work.
why not?
to make this not an infraction
why are there now no links anywhere?, and who do you use as a host how much for how much stuff?
Im not going to go through and relink all the images if i cant get the text editable and have to start over again. Right now I'm using a free host just so I can get it set up Zymic : 5000mb storage 50GB Data Transfer/month
Edit: Site fixed mostly, will add workable links after work.
