Can anybody tell me what the 4. hack does?
The 4. hack seems to work at 1.12b i think

I looked at it. It contains like 10 hacks, but one works. The that works is "Disable Tech Tree". Which I'm not sure of what it does unless it just diables a tree.

Disable tech tree makes it so there are no requirements on what you build (e.g., you can build a factory right away.) Nothing else works.

Too bad it only works on singleplayer. Just use Modify the Phase Variance.
