I am in the midst acquiring a position at Facebook and they would like to know if I have any input on the new Facebook profile page, so I would like to extend this to you, the users. If you have any complaints, comments, questions or suggestions about it, please post them here and I will pass them on.
I am gone because BWH is a pointless site and you all suck, except the cool ones (you know who you are).

The new Facebook layout really sucks in my opinion.
Tell them to keep it with the original.
It is just hard to navigate with a giant mini feed in the middle of the profile.

If this really is legit; standalone facebook chat client. Frankly, i think it could beat out AIM and MSN if they had a desktop based client; rather than the crappy web based one.
Also, to keep the option for 'old' facebook.
Yes this is legit, you can confirm this by viewing my friends. Two of them you want to look for are Ian Langworth (Google) and Peter Bratach (Facebook).

What upsets me is all the stupid groups people make on Facebook, theres one for just about anything and the petitions, its retarded, not like anything will ever be accomplished with a facebook petition.. Keep the old facebook setup FTW new one makes me get lost.
Qft. No custom backgrounds, though. I just want different hues of the same profile setup. That would make it more personalized while maintaining professionalism.
I like the old layout better. As for the desktop client, Myspace tried that, and failed miserably.
Thats because people weren't so used to using a myspace chat feature, and facebook is better anyway. People are so used to using the chat bar by now, the ones who want a desktop client will use it frequently, and those too stupid to will continue doing as-is.
For the new facebook, keep the wall separate from the mini-feed.

make a desktop client that works with msn, or aim. that way people can switch or not, and still talk to any freind on there. i dislike facebook, but some of my faggy freinds will be online more for me to talk to if they had a client that was compatible with msn.
thats probaly why fagspace client didnt really catch on, too private and secluded. besides being gay.(sister used it, most fail program ever)

I went to a high school played called "Facespace", obviously a play on the two sites, but they even make a fake site (that they projected on to a screen) in the play that the characters signed up on, and chatted to each other on - lolz.

There's a Pidgin (the IM client) plugin that supports Facebook chat... but I agree with you too.
